Analog Modem Backup Module

The Analog Modem Backup Module provides a modem with data rates up to 33.6 kbps for the ProCurve

Secure Router. This backup module is a plug-on card that connects to the interface module. For installation

instructions, see Installing Interface and Backup Modules on page 38. Refer to Table A-12 on page 47 for

backup connector pinouts.

The Analog Modem Backup Module can be used in two different modes:

1. Backup interface for a primary connection.
