SROS Command Line Interface Reference Guide Enable Mode Command Set

debug spanning-tree bpdu [receive | transmit | all]

Use the debug spanning-tree bpdu command to display BPDU (bridge protocol data unit) debug

messages. When enabled, a debug message is displayed for each BPDU packet that is transmitted or

received by the unit.

Syntax Description

receive Displays debug messages for BPDU packets received by the unit.

transmit Displays debug messages for BPDU packets transmitted by the unit.

all Displays debug messages for BPDU packets that are transmitted and received by

the unit.

Default Values

No default value necessary for this command.

The following example displays debug messages for BPDU packets that are transmitted and received by

the unit:
