SROS Command Line Interface Reference Guide Enable Mode Command Set

debug ip ospf

Use the debug ip ospf command to activate debug messages associated with OSPF routing operations.

Debug messages are displayed (real-time) to the terminal (or Telnet) screen. Use the no form of this

command to disable the debug messages.

Syntax Description

adj Display OSPF adjacency events

database-timer Display OSPF database timer

events Display OSPF events

flood Display OSPF flooding

hello Display OSPF hello events

lsa-generation Display OSPF link state advertisement generation

packet Display OSPF packets

retransmission Display OSPF retransmission events

spf Display OSPF shortest-path-first calculations

tree Display OSPF database tree

Default Values

By default, all debug messages in the Secure Router OS are disabled.
