loopback remote v54
The loopback remote v54 command transmits an E1 remote loopback to the far end. Use the no form of
this command to disable this feature.
Syntax Description
No subcommands.
Default Values
No default value is necessary for this command.
Command Modes
(config-e1 1/1)# E1 interface configuration mode.
Functional Notes
This command causes a V.54 inband loop code to be sent in the payload towards the far end.
Usage Examples
The following example sends a V.54 inband loop code to the far end:
(config)#interface e1 1/1
(config-e1 1/1)#loopback remote v54
