8. To release the battery from its holder, squeeze the metal clamp that extends above one edge of the
battery (1). When the battery pops up, lift it out (2).
9. To insert the new battery, slide one edge of the replacement battery into the holder with the positive
side up (1). Push the other edge down until the clamp snaps over the other edge of the battery (2).
10. If your model is an EliteDesk 800 95W, replace the fan assembly.
a. Set the fan assembly in place (1).
b. Tighten the three captive screws to secure the fan assembly to the chassis (2).
