2. Remove the four Torx T8M2.0x8.0 screws (1) that secure the heat sink to the base enclosure.
3. Lift the right side of the heat sink (1) to disengage it from the system board.
4. Rotate and lift the heat sink counter-clockwise (2) to clear the base enclosure, and then remove
it from the computer.
NOTE: The thermal material must be thoroughly cleaned from the surfaces of the heat sink (1) each
time the heat sink is removed. Thermal material is included with all heat sink and processor spare
part kits.
