time-range
Purpose Use the time-range command to specify a time range.
Use the undo time-range command to delete a time range.
Syntax time-range time-name { start-time to end-time days-of-the-week [ from
start-time start-date ] [ to end-time end-date ] | from start-time
start-date [ to end-time end-date ] | to end-time end-date }
undo time-range time-name { start-time to end-time days-of-the-week [
from start-time start-date ] [ to end-time end-date ] | from start-time
start-date [ to end-time end-date ] | to end-time end-date
Parameters time-name
Name of time range.
start-time
Start time of a time range, in the format of HH:MM.
end-time
End time of a time range, in the format of HH:MM.
days-of-the-week
Indicates on which day of a week the time range is
valid or from which day in a week the time range is
valid. It is represented by numbers 0 through 6,
respectively for Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Working-day includes Monday through Friday;
Off-day includes Saturday and Sunday;
Daily includes the seven days of a week.
from start-time start-date
Optional, which is used to indicate the start time and
date. The input format of time is hh:mm, which is
shown in 24-hour notation. The range of hh is from 0
to 23 and the range of mm is from 0 to 59. The input
format of date is MM/DD/YYYY. DD can be in the
value range from 1 to 31. MM is one number in the
range from 1 to 12 and YYYY is one number in the
range from 1970 to 2000 . If no start time is set, it
means that there is no restriction on start time and
only the end time should be considered.
to end-time end-date
Optional. It is used to indicate the end time and date.
In addition, the input format of time and date is the
same with that of the start time. The end time must be
greater than the start time. If the end time is not set, it
will be the maximum time that the system can set.
Example Configure the time range valid at 0:0 on Jan. 1, 2003, always valid.

Configure the time range valid between 14:00 and 16:00 in every weekend from
20:00 on Apr.01, 2003 to 20:00 on Dec.10, 2003.
