Command Reference
network
Purpose Use the network command to configure the network routes advertised by the local
BGP system.
Use the undo network command to cancel the existing configuration.
Syntax network ip-address [ address-mask ] [ route-policy route-policy-name ]
undo network ip-address [ address-mask ] [ route-policy
route-policy-name ]
Parameters ip-address
Network address for BGP to advertise.
address-mask
Mask of the network address.
route-policy-name
Route-policy applied to the advertised route.
Default By default, no route is advertised by the local BGP system.
Example Advertise the route through network segment 10.0.0.0/16.
[3Com -bgp] network 10.0.0.1 255.255.0.0
