Level 2/Argiunent 1: An nxn matrix.
Level 1/Argument 2: A vector containing n variables.
Level 2/Itein 1: The corresponding quadratic fonn.
Level 1/Item 2: The vector containing the variables.
Exact mode must be set (flag -105 clear).
Niuneric mode must not be set (flag -03 clear).
Find the quadratic form, expressed in tenns of x, y, and
z, associated with the following matrix:
