Manager
HP Systems Insight Manager (HP SIM) provides a unified, secure and
extensible standards-based environment to centrally manage
workstations, servers, storage and other infrastructure devices, (both HP
and non-HP) across multiple operating system platforms.
ProLiant Essentials
Rapid Deployment
Pack
Rapid Deployment Pack (RDP) extends HP Systems Insight Manager
with a complete deployment solution for HP ProLiant Blade
Workstations. RDP provides a central location to configure workstation
hardware and deploy Windows. License for RDP must be purchased
separately.
Insight Management
Agents
The Insight Management Agents should be installed on all HP
workstations, and servers to present system instrumentation, health and
configuration information into HP Systems Insight Manager and the HP
System Management Homepage. The HP System Management
Homepage aggregates systems data from Insight Management Agents
and other HP management tools, providing a consolidated browser-
based interface for managing individual blades.
Subscriber's Choice
Subscriber's Choice Driver and Support Alerts/Notifications is a web-
based email subscription service that provides software and driver
change notifications for ProLiant products. Sign up at
http://www.hp.com/go/subscriberschoice
and customize your profile to receive various new alerts as they
become available, on a weekly or monthly basis.
