tapeassure
HP TapeAssure is a software utility that verifies the drive installation to ensure that it is
correctly connected and working; it informs users of any problems.
express exchange
Express Exchange is available in most countries. In those countries which do not currently
support Express Exchange, support is provided through either the Low End Support Program
or the local parts centre.
