All HP SupportPacks extend the warranty to three years.
Next working day after receipt of call Monday-Friday 08.00 to 17.00 except holidays, exchange of faulty
unit with a permanent replacement. This service includes pre-paid freight. Customer must return the defective
unit to HP within three working days of receipt of the replacement unit.
Next working day after receipt of call Monday-Friday 08.00 to 17.00 except holidays, on-site
hardware maintenance.
4-hour response Monday-Friday 08.00 to 17.00 except holidays, same day, on-site hardware maintenance.
4-hour response 24 hours a day, seven days a week, on-site hardware maintenance service.
4-hour response (levels three and four) is not generally available for sites more than 150km from an HP
service office. Contact your local HP office for details.
HP SupportPacks must be purchased within 90 days of the product purchase.
