1. Open the tray and remove any jammed or
damaged sheets of paper. Verify that the tray is
not overlled and that the paper guides are
adjusted correctly.
2. Release two tabs at the back of the tray, and then
pull the tray completely out of the printer.
3. Remove the jammed paper from the feed rollers
inside the printer. First pull the paper to the left,
and then pull it forward to remove it.
