NOTE: When the backup server is just running the NBU client interface, the policy
validation cannot be done.
NOTE: 3PAR recommends that you reboot the system after the NetBackup
Installation so that the NBU path gets added to the PATH environment variable.
If you do not reboot the system, the backup to the media might end up with
Windows API call errors. 3PAR recommends that you check the
PATH
environment variable for the NBU binary path entry.
NOTE: If NetBackup path is added to the system environment PATH variable after
Recovery Manager for SQL installation, you need to restart Recovery Manager for
SQL service for the changes to take effect.
