■ Backup and Production server(s) must be running the same level OS version, operating
mode, and version of 3PAR Recovery Manager for SQL. Cross-platform configurations are
not supported.
■ The SQLServerWriter service must be running.
■ Volumes exported to a host must be base volumes, you cannot export snapshot volumes.
■ For Remote Copy, Recovery Manager for SQL only supports periodic synchronization mode
and requires the period value to be set to zero for all involved remote copy groups.
