Entering Statistical Data
You typically enter your data into columns in the Numeric
view. Each column represents a variable named Cl through
C9 and CO. After entering the data, you must define the data
set in the Symbolic view. Data sets are named HI through H5
for one-variable statistics, or SI through S5 for two-variable
statistics.
Note
A data column must have at least four data points to
provide valid two-variable statistics, or two data points for
one-variable statistics.
You can also store statistical data values by copying lists from
Home into Statistics data columns. For example, | home | LI
{{STO^j} Cl stores the list LI into the data-column variable
Cl.
