Support Logs
To Download CAM Support Logs:
Step 1 Go to Administration > CCA Manager > Support Logs.

Specify the number of days of debug messages to include in the file you will download for your Cisco
customer support request.
Step 3 Click the Download button to download the cam_logs.<cam-ip-address>.tar.gz file to your local
computer.
Step 4 Send this .tar.gz file with your customer support request.
Note To retrieve the compressed support logs file for the Clean Access Server, log in to the CAS web console
and go to Monitoring > Support Logs. See the Cisco NAC Appliance - Clean Access Server
Configuration Guide, Release 4.9(x) for details.
