Pickup motor assembly (optional paper feeder)
Before proceeding, remove the following components:

Rear cover (optional paper feeder). See
Rear cover (optional paper feeder) on page 218.
Remove the pickup motor (optional paper feeder) assembly
1. 1 x 500-sheet optional paper feeder only: Remove three screws (callout 1), disconnect one
connector (callout 2), and then remove the motor assembly (callout 3).

connector (callout 2), and then remove the motor assembly (callout 3).
