3. Grasp the roller shaft collars, and lift the transfer roller off of the product.

Reinstall the transfer roller
When you reinstall the transfer roller, make sure that the pins on the shaft collars align with the holes
in the mounting assembly. After installing the new transfer roller, remove the protective cover.
