No special protective clothing is normally required. Where splashing is possible, select
protective clothing depending on operations conducted, physical requirements and other
substances in the workplace. Suggested materials for protective gloves include: Nitrile
Rubber, Silver Shield, Viton
Engineering Controls
Provide adequate ventilation. Where reasonably practicable this should be achieved by the
use of local exhaust ventilation and good general extraction. If these are not sufficient to
maintain concentrations of particulates and any vapor below occupational exposure limits
suitable respiratory protection must be worn.
