oers a 90 day limited warranty covering the hardware of Hover-1™ Buggy (referred to as “Product” here
on out), limited to those residing in the 50 US States and Canada. This warranty gives you specic legal rights and
you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The warranty does not cover any issues, damages
or circumstances related to your self-balancing scooter.
Hype
TM
warrants the Product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 90 days,
as sold to the original purchaser, from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. A copy of
the sales receipt from the date of original purchase of the Product will be required for validity. If a hardware
defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, at its option and to the extent permitted
by law, Hype
TM
will:
(1) repair the hardware defect (free of charge) by using new or refurbished parts that are equivalent to new in
performance and reliability; or (2) exchange the product (free of charge) with a product that is new or
refurbished, that is substantially equivalent to the original product if the product sent in cannot be repaired
within a reasonable time or at a reasonable cost. This warranty is for replacement for like-items only and does
not cover items out of production if the company no longer stocks them. When a product or part is exchanged,
any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Hype
TM
’s property. Requests
cannot be made for repairs to be carried out on site. This warranty is not assignable or transferable.
The original purchaser may call the Hover-1™ customer service number at 1-844-348-2620 or send an email to
[e-mail] for service request. Upon Hype
TM
’s replacement or repair of a Product under warranty,
the original end-user purchaser will have the remaining warranty under the original warranty period (without any
postponement during repair or replacement).
Important: Do not modify the Product. Modifying the Product will void this warranty. Only Hype
TM
or a party
authorized by Hype
TM
should perform service on this Product.
2. Locate the provided 8*35 Screw and 8mm Nut. Attach the left and right handle bars to the seat frame as shown
below.
3. Insert the frame into the seat frame. Adjust the frame and the seat frame to your preferred size. Secure the frame
in place using the locker.
