Malfunction warning instruction:
1)
1) Battery low-voltage warning
a)
If the battery of remote of control is less than 25%, the battery indicator of remote control flashes. Only brake is available,
need to charge remote control as soon as possible.
b) When the battery of scooter is less than 10%, a single battery indicator of scooter flashes
“○○☉”,
with a short sound every
second to warn. If the battery is too less, the throttle is unable and only the brake is available. Need to charge the scooter battery
as soon as possible.
2) Signal loss warining
The throttle will return to zero automatically when scooter loses the signal during accelerating, then brake slowly and
automatically. It will ascend or reduce to a fixed braking force during braking. The remote control will search for scooter
device after losing signal, with signal indicator is constantly on and three short sounds every 1.5 seconds to warn. The
indicator and sound will return to normal if succeed to search and reconnect. Cancel slow brake and return the throttle to zero
before normal operation.
3) Overheat warning
When the temperature of controller is too high, the power output will weaken until the temperature returns to normal.
Note: The users should keep an eye on the temperature of ESC and motor. When the operating temperature of ESC and motor is
too high, the users should check the cause and use it after troublshooting.
4) Hardware malfunction warning
If self-inspection hardware malfunction, the controller will make 4 short sounds every 4 seconds and stop power output.
5) Overcurrent /lock-up warning
If the protection triggered, the controller will make a single short sound circularly and cut off power output. The output will be
restored after the throttle returns to zero and has no malfunctions.
