Measure and cut your balusters 1 inch
longer than the distance between the bottom
of the handrail and the top of the base cap.
It is best to use a portaband saw to cut the
balusters.
If you are using shoes/collars or knuckles on
your balusters put them on now(do not tighten)
before continuing to step 9.
Inject epoxy into the holes in the
handrail and cap.
Allow 24 hours to dry fully.
