HOW TO USE THE OVEN
Switching on and off
To switch on the oven, turn the oven function knob
and the thermostat knob to the required
positions.
The oven function knob

To switch on the oven, turn the thermostat control
to the right until the required temperature is reached.
To switch it off, turn the thermostat control to the
left, back to the

Preheating
Preheating is unnecessary for baking or roasting foods
in general Preheating is recommended however, for
biscuits and foods requiring short cooking times (such
as pastries, etc.). Refer to the tables of cooking times.
Selecting the temperature for convection cooking
Fan-assisted convection cooking temperatures are
generally 20

C lower than for natural
convection (heating from above and below).

Saving energy
With almost all cooking methods, you can make use of
the residual heat in the oven by turning the knob to
0 about 5-10 minutes before the end of the cooking
time. You can also cook side dishes, e.g. potatoes, rice
or vegetables, in the oven at the same time as the
meat.
