HOW TO USE THE OVEN

Slide the required grid or tray into the guides.
Fan-assisted convection system
The air is drawn in through openings in the rear wall
of the oven and then heated before it is circulated in
the oven chamber.
The fan-assisted convection ensures even distribution
of the heat inside the oven and allows food to be
cooked simultaneously on three different oven levels.
The temperatures needed for convection cooking are
also lower than for conventional radiant heat cooking
(see Temperature settings).
Heating from above and below
Inside the oven the heating elements are located on
the oven floor and ceiling. Heat is supplied by
radiation.
