INSTALLATION
REPLACING BURNER NOZZLES

Lift the cover to replace the nozzles; then proceed as follows:
1. Lift cover C and remove.
2. Loosen hinge screws B.
3. Remove the rack and burners from the hob.
4. Pullthehobforwardandthenliftuptoreleaseit(arrowD).
5. Keep the hob raised using a prop.
How to replace the burner nozzles
1. Loosen screw M of each nozzle support and completely lift air ring
A.
2. Use a 7 mm box wrench to unscrew nozzle J and replace it by an
appropriate nozzle type according to the nozzle table.
ADJUSTING THE AIR SUPPLY
1. Use a gauge to adjust gap A between ring and nozzle J as shown in
the picture.
2. Retighten screw M.
ADJUSTING THE THERMAL LOAD AT REDUCED
FUEL FLOW RATE
1. Light the burner and set the knob to “small flame”.Removethe
knob.
2. Insert the blade of a fine screwdriver into the barrel and turn the
screwdriver to right or left until the gas flow rate is correct.
3. This adjustment is only possible for natural gas. If the cooker uses
bottled gas such as propane or butane, tighten the screw
completely.

Disconnect the cooker before any and all maintenance operations.
