Reinstall Hotchkis End Links
Reinstall the Hotchkis end links in the same manner as stock removal. Make sure all hardware
is fully tightened before driving the vehicle.
Slight adjustment to the length of the end links may be necessary to ensure there is no
preload on the sway bars. To do this, drive the vehicle on floor ramps to access the end links
from the bottom with the weight of the vehicle on the wheels. Adjust the end links until the
end link inserts into the sway bar hole easily. Fully tighten all of the jam nuts and stud nuts.
If you are using our end links on an adjustable coil-over system, it is a good idea to determine
ride height and/or corner balance the vehicle before setting the length of the end links. The
main benefit of adjustable end links is to be able to remove any preload in the sway bars
especially in an asymmetrical ride height setup typically found on corner balanced coil-over
cars.
