30) Disconnect the distributor from the distribution hose. Remove the thumbscrew securing
cube guide B. Remove cube guide B, then remove cube guide A. Remove the overow
cap and overow pipe.
31) Remove the drain plug. Allow the water tank to drain, then replace the drain plug in its
correct position. Be careful not to cross thread it.
32) Replace the overow pipe, overow cap, cube guide A, and cube guide B in their correct
positions. Be careful not to cross thread the overow pipe.
33) Repeat steps 19 through 32 three more times to rinse thoroughly.

2. Sanitizing Procedure - Following Cleaning Procedure
1) Dilute 1.25 . oz. (37 ml) of a 5.25% sodium hypochlorite solution (chlorine bleach) with
2.5 gal. (9.5 l) of warm water.
2) Pour the sanitizing solution into the water tank.
Note:Makesurethatthecontrolswitchisinthe"WASH"positionandthecleaningvalve
is fully open.
3) Reconnect the distributor to the distribution hose.
4) Replace the insulation panel, then replace the left side, top, and front panels in their
correct positions.
5) Turn on the power supply to start the sanitizing process.
6) Turn off the power supply after 15 minutes.
7) Remove the front, top, and left side panels, then remove the insulation panel.
8) Disconnect the distributor from the distribution hose. Remove the thumbscrew securing
cube guide B. Remove cube guide B, then remove cube guide A. Remove the overow
cap and overow pipe.
9) Remove the drain plug. Allow the water tank to drain, then replace the drain plug in its
correct position. Be careful not to cross thread it.
10) Replace the overow pipe, overow cap, cube guide A, and cube guide B in their correct
positions. Be careful not to cross thread the overow pipe.
11)Repeatsteps19through32in"1.CleaningProcedure"twotimestorinsethoroughly.
12) Reconnect the distributor to the distribution hose, then fully close the cleaning valve.
Note: The icemaker will not operate unless the cleaning valve is completely closed.
13)Movethecontrolswitchtothe"ICE"position.
14) Replace the insulation panel, then replace the left side, top, and front panels in their
correct positions.
15) Clean the dispenser unit/storage bin liner using a neutral cleaner. Rinse thoroughly after
cleaning.
16) Turn on the power supply to start the automatic icemaking process.
