Low Ice Production - Possible Cause
Long Harvest Cycle
1. Evaporator a) Scaled up.
2. Spray Tubes and/or Spray
Guides
a) Dirty.
b) Out of position.
3. Refrigerant Charge a) Low.
4. Water Supply a) Low water pressure.
b) External water lters clogged.
c) Insufficient water line size.

d) Too cold.
5. Control Board

a) Thermistor connection loose (K3).
b) Defective.
6. Thermistor

a) Loose, disconnected, or defective.
7. Hot Gas Valves (KMS & SRK) a) Erratic or closed.
8. Inlet Water Valve a) Screen or orice clogged.
9. Compressor a) Inefficient or off.
10. Liquid Line Valves (KMS & SRK) a) Erratic or open.
11. Termostatic Expansion Valve
(TXV)
a) Defective.
12. Headmaster (C.P.R.) a) Defective.
