H. Startup

WARNING

All parts are factory-adjusted. Improper adjustments may adversely affect safety,

performance, component life, and warranty coverage.

NOTICE

• If the appliance is turned off, wait for at least 3 minutes before restarting the

appliance to prevent damage to the compressor.

• To prevent damage to the water pump, do not leave the control switch in the

"WASH" position for extended periods of time when the water tank is empty.

• At startup, conrm that all internal and external connections are free of leaks.

1) Open the door.

2) Clean the ice storage bin using a neutral cleaner. Rinse thoroughly after cleaning.

3) Close the door.

4) Open the water supply line shut-off valve.

5) Remove the front panel.

6) Make sure the control switch is in the "OFF" position. Plug the appliance into the

electrical outlet. WARNING! To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not touch the

control switch or plug with damp hands.

7) Move the control switch to the "ICE" position.

8) Replace the front panel in its correct position.
