I. Bin Control Check
1) If not already removed, remove the front panel.
2) Make sure the power switch is in the "OFF" position. Plug the appliance into the
electrical outlet.
3) Move the control switch to the "ICE" position, then move the power switch to the "ON"
position.
4) Allow the appliance to run until the compressor starts (approximately 5 minutes).
5) Engage the actuator located in the ice storage bin. See Fig. 3. 90-sec. compressor
shutdown time starts. Once the 90-sec. compressor shutdown timer terminates,
compressor de-energizes and the 60-sec. gear motor shutdown timer starts. Once the
60-sec. gear motor shutdown timer terminates, gear motor de-energizes. Release the
actuator to start the automatic icemaking process.
6) Replace the front panel.
