2b) 5VDC CB K8 Connector: See Fig. 2.
a) Bin Control (BC)
CB K8 pin #3 (GY) and #4 (GY): When BC is closed (icemaking), 5VDC is present
between CB K8 pin #3 (GY) and pin#4(GY) to CB K4 pin #1 (pin closest to CB
black K3). If5VDC is not present on either pin, replace CB. If 5VDC is present on
pin#3(GY) and not on pin #4 (GY), BC is open. See "II.D. Bin Control Check."
b) Float Switch (FS): Upper (UFS) and Lower (LFS):
CB K8 pin #5 common (BK), #6 UFS (R), and #7LFS (BU) or (DBU): 5VDC is
present between CB K8 pin #5common (BK) and CB K4 pin #1 (pin closest to CB
black K3) at all times. If 5VDC is not present, replace CB. For further oat switch
diagnostics, see "II.E. Float Switch Check and Cleaning."
