III. Maintenance
The appliance must be maintained in accordance with the instruction manual and labels
provided. Consult with your local Hoshizaki Certied Service Representative about
maintenance service.
WARNING
• Only qualied service technicians should service the appliance.
To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not touch the power switch or control switch
with damp hands.
Before Servicing: Move the power switch to the "OFF" position. Turn off the power
supply. Lockout/Tagout to prevent the power supply from being turned back on
inadvertently.
CHOKING HAZARD: Ensure all components, fasteners, and thumbscrews are
securely in place after any maintenance is done to the appliance. Make sure that
none have fallen into the ice storage bin.
