V. Maintenance
The maintenance schedule below is a guideline. More frequent maintenance may be
required depending on the appliance's environment, and local sanitation regulations.
WARNING
• Unplug the appliance before performing maintenance to prevent electric shock or
injury by moving parts. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not touch the plug
with damp hands.
• Before servicing: Move all foods into another clean refrigerator or freezer.
• CRES: Before performing maintenance, disconnect any cooking equipment on the
appliance top and allow to cool.
Maintenance Schedule
Frequency Area Task
Twice a Year CRES Condenser Inspect. Clean if necessary by using a brush or vacuum cleaner.
More frequent cleaning may be required depending on location.
Yearly CPT Condenser
Power Supply Connection
If the plug or power cord is damaged, contact your local Hoshizaki service representative
or local Hoshizaki distributor immediately and ask for repairs.
