Unpack the shower door and take photos 1.Unpack and check if the glass broken and take photos. 2.Carefully check if hardware accessories have any missing parts and take photos.
Measure and Mark the installation position 1.Place shower tray into installation position and use spirit level to measure till leveled. 2.Draw lines at a distance of 6mm /needed distance from outer edge of shower tray.
1 Cut supporting bar and door bottom profile (Cutting needed if opened width size less than 48/60 inches, 1 inches=25.4mm) 1.Measure the finished size from wall to wall after installing the tiles on site, and cut top rail and door bottom profile to suitable length. 2.Profile deduction formula.
12 Install supporting bar 1.Mark the installation outline of wall brackets. Keep its top edge 1870mm（For 76 inch=1930mm ), 1464mm (For 60inch =1524mm ) high away from installation surface. Wall bracket outer edge 21mm away from fixed glass outer edge. 1 Outside shower 2.Place wall brackets as mark, mark holes for inside wall mounting plates.
3.Remove wall brackets, drill holes and knock in wall plugs by plastic hammer. 3 4.Disassemble wall brackets and fix inside mounting plates against wall. 4 5.Slide in two stoppers and wall brackets into the supporting bar. Place bar horizontally to connect with wall mounting plates. Slide wall brackets against wall and fasten top set screws connect with mounting plates.
3 1 Trial install fixed panel 1.Rotate to unlock the thread cap and protective washer of glass connectors. 2. Loosely fix the glass connectors on supporting bar through bar holes. 3.Place fixed glass outer edge as drawn lines, ensure vertically against wall, keep holes alignment with middle connectors, rotate to fix glass with connetors. 2m m 6.
14 Install u-clamp and fixed glass 1.Install u-clamp through fixed glass bottom holes and mark installation outline for clamp. 2. Loose supporting bar glass connectors screws and u-clamp screws to remove fixed glass. 3. Disassemble u-clamp, put its mounting panel in marked position, mark hole, drill hole and fix screws to install it. 4. Re-install fixed glass panel and tighten screws connect with glass connectors and u-clamp.
15 Install door bottom profile 1. Image show left-handed sliding , if right-handed sliding , twist hexagonal screw to separate outer part then reverse to refix 2. Twist door glass side screw to push in & out roll ball to adjust gap for sliding tightness 1.Install bottom guider to stuck the fixed glass, insert door bottom profile horizontally and place end connector against wall.
2.Mark outline of end connector,remove door bottom profile, place connector as marked and fix it against wall from inside. 3.Mark bottom guider holes, remove to knock in floor plug, drill holes to fix against floor , install top decorative cover for screws. 4.Re-install door bottom profile.
6 Assemble door panel 1 1.Rotate to disassemble the rollers into main part and thread cap. 2.Cushioned with bottom protective foam, lift door panel up, assemble rollers main part against front of door, rotate the thread cap to tightening thread from back of glass. 3.Use Allen key to adjust rollers eccentric structure to the highest state. (Rollers with +-1.5mm eccentric adjustment for door panel height ) Then use allen key to fasten the thread cap.
7 Hang glass door on top rail 1 1.Hang door panel on top rail, keep glass bottom clipped into center guider plastic soft contact part (Otherwise adjust proper door height again by rollers ). 2.Install two anti-jump devices against door panel, keep at the highest point close to top rail bottom. 3.Trial open and close door to adjust two stoppers position, (suggest door edge keep 25mm distance away from wall when fully opened ), then tighten up bottom hexagonal screws accordingly.
8 Install wiper seals for fixed panel and door panel 1 (Cut excess part of it if needed) 1.Inwards install the curved edge wiper seals for fixed glass side. 2.Outwards install the straight edge wiper seals for door panel side.
19 Install handle of the door panel Disassemble handle into handle-body /fixing screws / fixing blocks. 1.Fixing screws to through glass holes then fix outer handle against door. 2. Insert fixing blocks into inner handle and keep aligh with the fixing screws. 3. Tighten set screws with allen key to combined inner handle and fixing blocks.
10 1 Caulking Silicone 1.Caulking silicone for fixed glass wall connecting & bottom areas. and door profile bottom to maintain the water-tightness of shower. 2.The caulking should be allowed to cure for 24 hours before using.
