Username: Maximum 64 bytes ASCII string.
Password: Maximum 64 bytes ASCII string.
Authentication data (Hexadecimal):
Protocol Configuration Option specified in Hex value; maximum size is equal
to 251 bytes.
0 – The new username and password is to be applied to all context Activation.
1 – The new username and password is to be applied to Context identifier 1.

2 – The new username and password is to be applied to Context identifier 2.
Notes
If %CGPCO is set with the input format of 0 (hexadecimal), then the setting of
AT%CGPPP will be ignored.
Username and Password are case sensitive.
