Assembly 1 Assembling the Legs □ Attach Door Frame (Part A),Back Right Leg (Part B B) and Back Left Leg (Part C) to the Tabletop with Burner(Part F) by using (4) M6x10mm Bolts(Part AA). C NOTE: Do not completely tighten the bolts. A AA 2 Assembling Side Panels with Widow □ Attach Side Panel with Window (Part H) to the Legs (Parts A & B) by using (4) M6X25mm bolts (Part BB). □ Connect the Control Panel to the Side Panel with Window (Part H) by using (4) M5X10mm Bolts(Part CC) and (4) M5 Nuts(Part DD).

Assembly 5 Place the Ceramic Tile □ Place the Ceramic Tile(Parts J & K) into the Tabletop. K J 6 Assembling the Lava Rock □ Ensure the Lava Rock (Part E) are not placed on the ignition portion of the burner. □ NOTE: Ensure no glass stone is placed on the ignition portion of D the burner.Then place the Cover (E) on. NOTE:The cover must be removed when the burner is in E operation.Wait until the unit cools before installing the cover.
Assembly 7 Assembling the Cylinder □ Put the cylinder into the Gas Tank Support (Part L), and secure the cylinder by tightening the screw in the gas tank support. Connect the hose and regulator to the cylinder. NOTE: The propane cylinder is sold separately. Use a standard 20 lb. propane cylinder only. Put the hose away from the bowl base during connect the propane cylinder. 8 □ Installing the AAA Battery Open the igniter and place the AAA Battery(EE) into the igniter. Then tighten clockwise.
Operating WARNING: Never use this appliance for other than the intended use. DO NOT use this appliance to prepare food. Initial Lighting: When lit for the first time, the appliance emits a slight odor. This is a normal temporary condition caused by the “burn-in ” of internal paints and lubricants used i n the manufacturing process and does not occur again. Simply run the main burner on high for approximately 30 minutes.

Be certain no sparks or open flames are in the area while you check for leaks. Sparks or open flames will result in a fire or explosion, damage to property, serious bodily injury, or death. LEAK TESTING: 1, Make 2-3 oz. of leak detection solution by mixing one part liquid dishwashing soap with three parts water.

Maintenance Storage between uses: □ Turn the control knob to “OFF” position. □ Disconnect LP source. □ Store heater upright in an area sheltered from direct contact with inclement weather (such as rain, sleet, hail, snow, dust and debris). □ If desired, cover heater to protect exterior surfaces and to help prevent build up in air passages. NOTE: Wait until heater is cool before covering. Storage during periods of extended inactivity or when transporting: □ Turn the control knob to “OFF” position.
