Follow the steps to register an account

Open GlocalMe App and click【My Device】-【Link Device】
Scan the device QR-code on the back of the Numen Air model.
3.4.Purchase GlocalMe Data Plans (In App)
Choose the data plans that suit your needs.
(You might skip this step if you have ordered data plans while purchasing the device)
