FCCRFExposureInformationandStatementTheSARlimitofUSA(FCC)is1.6W/kg

averagedoveronegramoftissue.Devicetypes:WAVE3.5(FCCID:PQ4IPROWAVE35)

hasalsobeentestedagainstthisSARlimit.ThehighestSARvalue

reportedunder

thisstandardduringproductcertificationforuseattheearis1.22W/kgandwhen

properlywornonthebodyis0.52W/kg.Thisdevicewastestedfortypicalbody‐worn

operationswiththebackofthehandsetkept1.5cmfromthebody.Tomaintain

compliancewithFCCRFexposure

requirements,useaccessoriesthatmaintaina

1.5cmseparationdistancebetweentheuser'sbodyandthebackofthehandset.

Theuseofbeltclips,holstersandsimilaraccessoriesshouldnotcontainmetallic

Body‐wornOperation

Thisdevicewastestedfortypicalbody‐wornoperations.TocomplywithRF

exposurerequirements,aminimumseparationdistanceof1.5cmmustbe

maintainedbetweentheuser’sbodyandthehandset,includingtheantenna.

Third‐partybelt‐clips,holsters,

andsimilaraccessoriesusedbythisdeviceshouldnot

containanymetalliccomponents.Body‐wornaccessoriesthatdonotmeetthese

requirementsmaynotcomplywithRFexposurerequirementsandshouldbe

avoided.Useonlythesuppliedoranapprovedantenna.


