phoneareperformedinpositionsandlocations(e.g.attheearandwornonthebody)as

requiredbytheFCC.

Forbodywornoperation,thismobilephonehasbeentestedandmeetstheFCCRF

exposureguidelineswhenusedwithanaccessorydesignatedforthisproduct

orwhenused

withanaccessorythatcontainsnometalandthatpositionsthehandsetaminimumof0.5cm

fromthebody.

AnyChangesormodificationsnotexpresslyapprovedbythepartyresponsibleforcompliance

couldvoidtheuser’sauthoritytooperatetheequipment.

Thisdevicecomplieswithpart15of

device,pursuanttopart15oftheFCCRules.Theselimitsaredesignedtoprovidereasonable

protectionagainstharmfulinterferenceinaresidentialinstallation.Thisequipmentgenerates

usesandcanradiateradiofrequencyenergyand,ifnotinstalledandusedinaccordancewith

theinstructions,maycauseharmful

interferencetoradiocommunications.Ho wever,thereis

noguaranteethatinterferencewillnotoccurinaparticularinstallation.Ifthisequipment

does

causeharmfulinterferencetoradioortelevisionreception,whichcanbedeterminedby

turningtheequipmentoffandon,theuserisencouragedtotrytocorrectthe

interferenceby

oneormoreofthefollowingmeasures:

—Reorientorrelocatethereceivingantenna.

—Increasetheseparationbetweentheequipmentandreceiver.
