When control loops are in the manual mode, digi-
tal outputs can be manually controlled (com-
manded on or off) from a user interface. While in
this mode, digital output points do not adhere to
minimum on/off times.
Calibrate Controller
Description:
Only the online controllers may be calibrated. The input
sensors to a controller need to be calibrated. This is done by
applying a correction to the sensor input.
Purpose:
Adjust sensor offset values for a controller.
Procedure:
1. Press CTRL + ALT + B or click Controller in the work-
space or select Controller menu and choose Calibrate.
Typically, the calibration screen provides the actual value of
the sensor. Enter an expected value that represents the true
value the sensor should be detecting. Click the Calibrate
button to store the offset value in the controller.
Time Settings
Description:
Set Time dialog allows the user to Get and Set the Time in the
controllers.
Purpose:
To get and set the time in the controllers.

Procedure:
1. Press SHIFT + ALT + T, or click Set Time in the work-
space, or select Set Time from Controller menu to dis-
play the Set Time dialog box.
2. Select Set Time or Get Time to set/get time from/to the
controller.
3. Select Use PC Time and then Set Time to set the Sys-
tem time to the controller.
NOTE: If the time is not configured in Thermostat, the Get-
time shows invalid time and date. After setting a valid
time and date in the thermostat, the monitoring
screens displays a proper time.
