The quick-connector is
blocked or broken.
Snap Ring is not covering
the second groove of the
stainless steel tube
Turn OFF the Cold and Hot switches.
Unplug the electrical outlet.
Open the cabinet door and remove the
stainless steel tube from the water bottle.
Remove the Blue Lock Ring and detach the
stainless steel tube from the
quick-connector by using one hand to press
in on the snap ring while the other hand
pulls out the stainless steel tube(Fig. 1).
Check whether the inside of the quick-
connector is blocked or broken. Unblock or
call Customer Service for a new part.
Attach the stainless steel tube into the
quick-connector again and reinsert the Blue
Lock Ring.
On the top of the stainless steel tube there
are two Grooves (Fig. 2).Make sure the
snap ring covers the 2nd groove(Fig.3)
Insert the stainless steel tube into the water
bottle, slide bottle into the cabinet, plug the
power cord and close the cabinet door.
Wait at least 5 minutes, dispense water,
and turn ON the Cold and Hot switches.
The water
bottle is not
empty but the
yellow lamp is
ON and/or the
pump is not
suctioning water
