Keep your generator
in top condition
ColdWeatherKits. If the temperature regularly falls below 32° F, install a cold weather kit to maintain
optimal battery temperature. Kit consists of battery warmer with thermostat built into the wrap.
WetCellBattery. Every standby generator requires a battery to start the system. The 26R wet cell battery
is recommended for use with all air-cooled standby product.
PaintKits. The enclosure is the generator’s first line of defense against the elements and it’s important to
keep it in good condition. Use the paint kit to touch up scratches and other damage to protect from future
corrosion. Kits include the necessary paint to properly touch up a generator enclosure. Please check with
your sales representative to verify proper color coordination.
MaintenanceKits.A scheduled maintenance program ensures the generator system is always in top
operating condition and warranty requirements are being met. The scheduled maintenance kits provide all
the hardware necessary to perform complete routine maintenance on a Honeywell automatic standby
generator. Oil must be purchased separately based upon manufacturer recommendations listed below.
Maintenance is recommended at every 200 hours or 2 years.
