7. Certification Basis
A. TCCA CAN-TSO Applicability
(1) This section describes the certification basis for the Aspire 400.
(2) Honeywell will use the TCCA’s Transport Canada Civil Aviation (CAN-TSO) program as a
means to obtain certification for the Aspire 400. The TCCA Transport Canada Civil
Aviation (CAN-TSO) [RD5] and associated MOPS, define the regulatory requirements
and performance and are listed in Table A-2 below.
