INSTRUCTIONS
Thank you for purchasing our rolling utility cart. Please follow these
step-by-step instructions. Please plan to spend about 15 minutes
assembling your new utility cart.
1. Slide axle (B) through hole on vertical bar of frame.
Slip cotter clips (E) into hole in axle (B). *Note hole aligns with tube of
frame. You must insert cotter clip (E) inside frame tubing. (see inset 1)
2. Place a washer (C), spring (D) and another washer (C) over axle.
Push wheel (G) on the axle and compress spring.
3. Holding wheel (G) in place put hub cap (I) on the end of axle making
sure holes in hub cap (I) line up with holes in axle (B). Insert cotter pin
(F) in the outer holes on axle.
4. Bend ends of cotter pin (F) using pliers (not provided) to lock
wheel in place. Repeat steps 2, 3, and 4 for other side.
