The jet pump water intake (1) draws water
into the propulsion system. A grate (2) helps
to screen out debris.
UNDER HULL

The cooling water bypass outlet (1) is used to
check that water is circulating properly in the
engine cooling system while the engine is
running. If you dont see water flowing out of
the outlet, stop the engine.

(page 198).
