Refer to Safety Precautions on page 104.
Check the engine oil level each day before
operating your PWC and add oil if needed.
Keep your PWC as level as possible for this
procedure.
It is preferable to check the oil on shore.
If necessary, this procedure may be
performed with your PWC on calm water.
Before checking the engine oil level:
Perform this pre-check procedure on shore.
1. Remove the seat (page 117), rear cover
(page 113), and the rear tray (page 114).
2. Remove the oil filler cap/dipstick (1) and
wipe it clean.
3. Insert the oil filler cap/dipstick until it
seats, but do not screw it in.
