Your PWC is designed to carry you and one
passenger. Whenever you add a passenger or
cargo, you must be careful not to exceed the
total load limits (Load Limits, page 61). Make
sure your cargo is properly secured (Loading
Guidelines, page 62).
Be aware that carrying a passenger or heavy
cargo can affect acceleration, slowing, and
handling.
Do not carry a passenger until you become
comfortable operating your PWC by yourself.
For a smoother ride with a passenger, lock the
trim lever.
Remember, you are responsible for the safety
of your passenger. Be sure they are wearing
PFDs and other protective apparel (page 52),
and are familiar with all safety information.
Avoid giving a ride to a passenger whose feet
do not reach the footboards.
