ThisdeviceisintendedonlyforOEMintegratorsunderthefollowingconditions:
Theantennamustbeinstalledsuchthat20cmismaintainedbetweentheantennaandusers,and
Thetransmittermodulemaynotbeco‐locate dwithanyothertransmitterorantenna.

Aslongas2conditionsabovearemet,
furthertransmittertestwillnotberequired.However, theOEM
integratorisstillresponsiblefortestingtheirend‐productforanyadditionalcompliancerequirements
requiredwiththismoduleinstalled

IMPORTANTNOTE:Intheeventthattheseconditionscannotbemet
(forexamplecertainlaptop
configurationsorco‐locationwithanothertransmitter),thentheFCCauthorizationisnolonger
consideredvalidandtheFCCIDcannot
beusedonthefinalproduct.Inthesecircumstances,theOEM
integratorwillberesponsibleforre‐evaluatingtheendproduct(includingthetransmitter)and
obtainingaseparateFCCauthorization.

EndProductLabeling
Thistransmittermoduleisauthorizedonlyforuseindevicewheretheantennamaybeinstalledsuch
that20cmmaybemaintainedbetweentheantennaandusers.Thefinalendproductmustbelabeled
inavisibleareawiththefollowing:“ContainsFCCID:MCLT77H747”.Thegrantee'sFCCIDcanbeused
onlywhenallFCCcompliancerequirementsaremet.


TheOEM
integratorhastobeawarenottoprovideinformationtotheenduserregardinghowto
installorremovethis RFmoduleintheuser’smanualoftheendproductwhichintegratesthis
module.
Theendusermanualshallincludeallrequiredregulatoryinformation/warningasshowinthismanual.


