PEANUT BUTTER
3 cups Peanuts
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
Place all ingredients into the blender jug and blend on low speed. Increase the speed to
maximum and press the peanuts onto the blade using the tamper until a paste forms. Store in an
air tight container at room temperature.
HAZELNUT & BRAZIL NUT BUTTER
1 ½ cups Hazelnuts
1 ½ cups Brazil nuts
¼ cup Vegetable oil
Place all ingredients into the blender jug and blend on low speed. Increase the speed to
maximum and press the nuts onto the blade using the tamper until a coarse paste forms. Store
in an air tight container at room temperature.
CASHEW & CHOCOLATE SPREAD
2 cups Unsalted cashews
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 cup Pure icing sugar
1/3 cup Cocoa powder
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Pinch salt
Place the cashews and oil into the blender jug and blend on low speed. Increase the speed to
maximum and press the nuts onto the blade using the tamper until a coarse paste forms. Add
the
remaining ingredients and continue to blend until a smooth paste forms. Store in an air tight
container at room temperature.
ALMOND & HONEY SPREAD
3 cups Almonds
½ cup Honey
¼ cup Vegetable oil
Place all ingredients into the blender jug and blend on low speed. Increase the speed to
maximum and press the almonds onto the blade using the tamper until a paste forms. Store in
an air tight container at room temperature.
